And on the Seventh Day
I created this blog entry. I feel very self-concious, thanks to my son-in-law, that my blog is not up to par. But since this is a personal challenge, not written for anyone else, I will try not to let my blog weaknesses bother me. (By the way, Peter and Becca, I've tried to comment on your blogs this past week, and for some reason they wouldn't post. I kept getting an error message.)
Josh did ask why I was doing this, and I explained that I was actually using the blog as my notes for a scrapbook I'm making. A scrapbook of a random month in my life. He thought I should wait until December because there's more going on then and I'd have more to blog about. But I told him this is a special month, because baby Lindsay is due. Then Josh said when she gets older I can give the scrapbook to her! What a great idea. So Lindsay, some day all this will be yours. (Don't roll your eyes at me young lady, you are much too young to be doing that!)
Complaint of the day: Over a week ago I complained about road crews coming in to repave a street by my house. They ripped up the pavement and IT'S STILL RIPPED UP! Haven't even started the repaving. What a pain.
Good thing: Swiss Cake Rolls. I love them. They are so good with a glass of cold milk.
Bad thing: I like them too much so I don't buy them. But Marc bought them and brought them into our house and now I can't stand the temptation!Yes, that's 270 calories!!!
Good thing: Seventy-four cent drinks from Sam's.
Bad thing: They don't have diet Sprite anymore!
Good thing: Gas was *only* $2.43 at Sam's. (Last time it was $2.59)
Bad thing: It cost $50 to fill up the car!
Good thing: Leftovers.
Bad thing: Leftovers.
Right now I'm liking music by Sarah McLachlan, Nickelback, and John Mayer.
Random Lesson of the Day: If you own a Canon Digital Camera, and perhaps this applies to all digital cameras, do not take movies with the camera tilted at a vertical angle. You cannot change it ever. Nevah evah. It will always be sideways. Learn from my mistake.
