September 2
Fun activity of the day:
Retail therapy (i.e. shopping for Baby!)
Food of the day:
When feeling down nothing helps you get back up like Chocolate. Especially my favorite: Hersheys Dark Chocolate with Almonds
Surprise of the day:
Not having Mexican Food on a Saturday night! Came up with some yummy stuff though. How about this German Bratwurst? It's good to switch things around every now and then. (And good to switch when you don't have the ingredients to make Mexican!)
Appreciation of the day:
My calphalon grill pan. Love it! (See above)
Movie of the day:
Mona Lisa starring Julia Roberts. It's an interesting movie about the women's movement from the 1950's. I'm glad I'm a woman who has a choice of how she wants to live her life. I'm glad I was able to choose to be a stay at home mother for my children. I'm glad that I can now have something else to do... my music and my teaching.
Pain of the day:
Working out those biceps
Quote of the day:
"Some of us think holding on makes us strong;
but sometimes it is letting go.
--Herman Hesse
Excuse of the day:
I'm wearing pants so I don't need to shave my legs.
Word of the day:
Reject re·ject (r-jkt)
verb To refuse to accept, submit to, believe, or make use of.
noun (rjkt)
One that has been rejected
