Two days...

There are only two days left until Christmas. When I was growing up, we called it Christmas Eve Eve. We thought we were so clever figuring that out and being the first chilren in the world to name it that. Little did we know children and adults all over had already been calling it that for years.

There's nothing like a child waiting for the magic of Christmas Eve. My kids are older now so there is no longer any "magic". But, there is definitely excitement in the air.

The cookies are baked, the presents carefully placed under the tree. Secrets abound. There's nothing like Christmas. And it will be here in less than two days!
